Governor Winthrop Rockefeller
Winthrop Rockefeller’s tenure as governor of Arkansas in the late 60s marked a turning point in the state’s journey toward equity. As governor, he implemented the first minimum-wage act in Arkansas, successfully integrated the state’s schools, tackled sweeping reforms in the prison system, and elevated Black Arkansans to positions of influence within state government.

ANNUAL REPORTS
Our annual reports provide a solid overview of WRF’s grantmaking operations. We use these reports to deliver insights, grant listings and summaries of our internal and external operations, including management, funding and strategic plan progress.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
We post our audited financial statements and 990-PFs to the site as they become available. Typically, the financial statement for each year is posted the summer of the following year, while the 990-PF is available in the fall of the following year.
